What makes us different? The coaching. 

The reason you will be successful on our program is not because we have discovered some secret approach to nutrition that has never been done before….you will be successful because your coach will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you actually follow through with your program. 

 

Initial Consultation - This is the first step in our process.  During the initial consultation we’ll work together on goal setting, overview of the program, answer your initial questions, etc. 

 

  • Understand your specific goals, strengths, weaknesses, etc.

  • Review the framework of the program and how to implement it into your daily life

  • Q and A Session

 

48 Hours Later - Review your program in depth. Your coach will create your plan within 48 hours of your initial consultation.  Once you receive your program, you’ll thoroughly review it with your coach.

 

The first Week - It usually takes about a week of working closely with your coach to fully implement the plan into your daily life.  Initially, our clients often need a lot of help with food choices, meal planning, dining out, etc.

 

Unlimited Access - Once you have successfully implemented phase one of your plan your coach will continue to hold you accountable, make adjustments, provide feedback, etc.  

 

  • Email, Text, Phone Calls

  • Accountability and Monitoring

  • Meal Planning, Food Choices, and Grocery Shopping ideas

 

Periodic Adjustments - You will hit sticking points. Your coach will constantly monitor your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

 

Real World Application - We all have a life to live and it can’t always revolve around our nutrition plan.  We understand that. Your coach will help you with making smarter decisions, damage control, recovering from unproductive choices, etc.  Below are just some examples of what we have addressed with our clients

 

  • The big game is this weekend, how can I enjoy a tailgate without totally blowing my nutrition plan?

  • I’m going on vacation and do not plan on exercising, so can you adjust my plan accordingly?

  • My best friend is in visiting for the weekend and we are going out for a night on the town, any suggestions?

  • My birthday was two days ago and I completely disregarded my plan for the weekend. Now what?
